Send your preferred dates and any flexibility, number of travelers, trip length, destinations or interests, and room needs. Iraq Adventure asks travelers for their dates, group size, interests, and available days. For a custom request, also mention your preferred pace, transport needs, and any dietary or accessibility requirements. These are useful details, not a universal booking rule.
Ask for a dated written quote in a stated currency. Have the provider say whether the amount is per person or for the vehicle, and list what it includes and excludes, such as hotels, room sharing, transport, guide, meals, site tickets, permits, and transfers. Ask separately about a solo or single-room supplement. One operator says room arrangements and any applicable single supplement are confirmed during booking, while hotel details, entry fees, permits, and date-specific changes go in the personal quote.
There is no verified live price or standard quote format for every Iraq tour. Do not treat an enquiry or guide profile as a confirmed booking.
