Do not move the vehicle after a collision. Keep the car in position until the traffic police (Murur) arrive to complete an official accident diagram and report (mukhatat al-hadith). Immediately contact your rental company's 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, and call 104 or 122 for police or 123 for an ambulance if medical help is needed.
