There are two separate visa systems for Iraq. The Federal Iraq E-Visa (evisa.iq) costs USD $164 for an ordinary visa or USD $114 for a tourist visa, is valid for 60 days, and covers all of Iraq including Baghdad, Najaf, Basra, Karbala, and the Kurdistan Region. The Iraqi Kurdistan Region Visa (visit.gov.krd) costs USD $80, is valid for 30 days (extendable up to 60 additional days), and covers only Kurdistan (Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Dohuk).
