The festival features continuous Kurdish cultural programming organized by local arts committees. Kurdish folk vocalists perform ancestral mountain singing styles from Hawraman, such as Siachamana—a pitch-shifting a cappella mountain vocal style—and rhythmic Hora songs. Visitors and stallholders also gather across the park pathways to dance the halparke circle dance, with many attendees wearing traditional Kurdish attire.
